Morgue Valentine ships products to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other eligible destinations.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 may be subject to a standard shipping charge, which will be shown at checkout before the order is completed. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery options may vary by product and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is received and payment has been successfully processed. Orders may be sourced, packaged, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment providers. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, supplier or fulfillment conditions, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Remote and rural destinations may require additional delivery time.
Tracking
A tracking number will generally be provided after your order has shipped. Tracking information may take several days to become active or begin showing movement.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately, particularly when products are sourced or fulfilled by different providers. As a result, items from the same order may arrive at different times.
Shipping Delays
Shipping or delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, supplier or fulfillment delays, transportation interruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation, refund, or other options required by applicable law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you discover an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before the order is processed or shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed, the package can be rerouted, or the shipment can be recalled. Morgue Valentine is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us through our Contact page so we can assist with the issue and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or relevant fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment. Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable law.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. These charges are generally not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for applicable charges imposed by their local authorities.
